Lindsay Lohan is apparently taking the next few steps in her felony grand theft matter where she has been accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace.
The actress was charged and then entered a not guilty plea for the matter, states TMZ. Judge Keith Schwartz also took the opportunity to warn Lindsay about her behavior, telling her, “please don’t push your luck.”
Now, lawyers will reportedly be meeting to try to reach a plea agreement in this matter. Lindsay was remanded into custody and booked.
The actress had her bail set at $40,000 – $20,000 for the theft matter and $20,000 as her DUI probation was revoked. Lindsay has since posted bail.
